What size Goldendoodle are you applying for? Mini, 25-30 lbs, or medium 30-40 lbs?

Do you have a coat type preference? curlier non-shedding coat, or a wavy coat?

Will your dog be a strictly a family pet, or will your Goldendoodle be used for therapy work as well?

Do you have a gender preference? If all other preferences are a match, are you open to either genders?

Does anyone in your household have allergies?

Is everyone in your home excited about getting a puppy and willing to help out with the everyday needs that a puppy requires?

Will you be doing basic obedience and puppy socialization classes with your puppy?
